Welcome to EF

Building business is challenging.  Entrepreneurs' Forum (EF) provides access to a network of Advisors – hand-picked business leaders – who are there to advise entrepreneurs at all stages of business development.  EF Advisors offer frank and practical advice learned through their own business challenges and successes.  Whether the challenge is nailing down the idea, starting-up, finding a market niche, or identifying growth opportunities, EF can help.

We are currently hiring a Nova Scotia Program Manager.

EF requires a well-known Business Consultant to facilitate this process in Nova Scotia. As the ideal candidate for this role, you currently run your own business as a Consultant and with that, have solid and established business relationships and understand working with volunteers in a not-for-profit environment. You are responsible for building a local referral network to identify potential clients and volunteer advisors, conducting pre-advisory session consultations with new clients, and organizing advisory sessions. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience, be aware of entrepreneurial programs and services throughout the region, be proactive and have highly developed written and oral communication, presentation and computer skills.  You are very self-directed and results-driven. You understand the entrepreneurial mind-set, and are familiar with business plans, their components and purpose. Preference will be given to candidates who have small business counseling experience.

Compensation will be a fee for service basis per advisory session completion. Cover letter and resume may be submitted, in confidence, by July 4th, via email: info [at] entrepreneursforum [dot] com.
