Role of Advisors

Advisors are usually successful entrepreneurs in their own right, and /or leaders in their respective fields and disciplines.

Advisors are selected based on suitability of expertise for the challenges at hand and from a broad spectrum of business experience to provide ‘the big picture’.  Entrepreneurs can be part of the Advisor selection process to avoid instances of conflict of interest or other issues.

EF Advisors time is voluntary, limited and extremely valuable.  They will be familiar with the entrepreneur’s business and business challenges prior to the session, and able to offer their strategic advice.
